2008 Audi Festival of German Films
April 5th 2008 09:23
For the love of Germany and its language and culture, I look forward to this each year, the German Film Festival.
Starting 16 April and runs to 27 April, the Audi Festival of German Films will be featuring "political and psychological thrillers, historic and contemporary subjects, heroes and anti-heroes, laughter and a few tears", according to the Goethe Institute.
You probably have gathered, from my various posts in my various blogs that I have a thing about Germany and Germans, and therefore it's once again, a chance for me to re-live my experience and most of all, a chance for me to catch up on my German language skills, through these wonderful films.
Further information on the festival can be found on Goethe Institutes's website: Audi Festival of German Films
Tickets can be purchased either online, or in person before the start of each film, at Chauvel Cinema and Palace Norton St.
