Now this is one that definitely cannot be missed. This Saturday 22nd April, get yourself down to the Newtown RSL for an event so reasonably priced, it puts Crazy Clarks to shame!

Lek Music is releasing Daft Punk's latest album, "Musique Vol. 1 1993-2005". You might remember their previous hits, "One More Time", or 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger". And who can forget their amazing anime videos? Need I say more?

Well ok, how about this: with Gus Da Hoodrat, Jaime Doom (Bang Gang), Stick Figures, Valentinos DJ set and teenagersintokyo DJ set playing, it is well worth the $20 ticket. Especially when you consider these same DJs are playing $40 gigs at other nightclubs.

Trust me, come Saturday night, the joint will be jumping with party animals way beyond the 5km radius. And if you want to save yourself an extra $5, get yourself here and book yourself a ticket. Otherwise tickets are $20 at the door. The gig officially starts at 10pm, and I'd advise you arrive not much later, and save yourself a good spot on the dancefloor, because there's bound to be a bit of a mosh later.

Newtown RSL is at 52 Enmore Road, Newtown. And don't forget your dancing shoes.

I like the Newtown RSL, though... they've got decent acts on...

I was looking at houses in Newtown recently. I currently live in the Blue Mountains, so it would be a lot closer to the city.

Dude... Seriously man, what the hell are you doing with yourself way up there?! Join us... Cross over to the dark side....

And the gig is SO NOT steep - did you not read the bit that said these DJs normally play $40 gigs?! I mean really, some people just don't know a bargain when they see one..

It's all relative... I'm not used to these overblown Sydney prices... it seems like every club night/ live music is $15...

for Daft Punk, it might be worth it. Around the world and all that...
